TIGERS are a well established and respected training provider and employment broker who specialise in the delivery of training programmes and in the shaping and preparing of unemployed persons for employment entry and sustainability of employment by qualifications or wrap around skills.

We have gained a strong reputation for successfully delivering high achievement rates for our learners and employer partners from the base adage of “know your client”.

 

Recently, we re-invested over £100K into the business by way of upgrading our communications, additional training outlets whilst increasing our staff numbers.

To continue to grow our business we have invested heavily in our employees in terms of skills development, introduction of employee share option scheme and performance related payments. We believe this will result in positive achievements for our clients.

TIGERS have recently moved their head office to Glasgow City Centre allowing us to service our geographical outlets in Renfrewshire, Dunbartonshire and other local authority areas, we anticipate moving into within the next year.

We are a SQA accredited training centre, holder of Scottish Quality Management “SQMS” and Individual Learning Account “ILA” qualified.
