Flexible Training Opportunities - FTO

A Scottish Government scheme that offers up to 50% contribution towards training costs (excl training required by legislation or statute i.e H&S or in house delivery)

Employers with max 150 employees.

Employer can apply for funding up to 10 claims per annum.

Up to a maximum of £500.00 per claim i.e training costs £1200.00- refund £500.00.

 

 

 

I would like to commend the work that TIGERS do in aiding young people into training and work. Without services such as this, our young people today who may not want to go down the academic route would be at a great disadvantage. TIGERS have provided us with students for a few years and they have proved to be committed, hardworking and enthusiastic members of our nursery who have went on to be full time qualified members of staff.

I would recommend TIGERS to any company looking to employ young people in a modern apprenticeship capacity.
