Individual Learning Account – ILA's
A Scottish Government scheme that offers up to £200 per annum towards the cost of your learning programme.
TIGERS as an approved learning provider who can assist eligible persons for the financial support.
The offer is available to all residents in Scotland who are over 16 years and have an income up to £22.000.00 per annum.
This scheme can be utilised to assist individuals to gain additional skills and qualifications which can be in support of work entry and employment sustainability.
Funding Support for Businesses
Flexible Training Opportunities - FTO
A Scottish Government scheme that offers up to 50% contribution towards training costs (excl training required by legislation or statute i.e H&S or in house delivery)Employers with max 150 employees.
Employer can apply for funding up to 10 claims per annum.
Up to a maximum of £500.00 per claim i.e training costs £1200.00- refund £500.00.
This scheme can be utilised to assist business employees in support of business delivery, a skilled workforce leading to increased turnover and improved profitability.
