Promote and Support Wellness
As part of our Relationship-Led Practice we offer our team a workplace that prioritises healthy relationships with self and others. We are invested in the whole wellbeing of our team and wish to create opportunities to focus on our relational, social and emotional, physical and nutritional wellness.
Our bodies feel the emotional and psychological stresses that we carry daily, so we offer space for body-based mindfulness and relaxation within our wellness room. Our wellness room is also a great space for physical exercise such as circuits, HITT sessions and yoga.
We infuse our offices and training rooms with essential oils to boost our immune systems, increase our energy levels, reduce stress and create balance. We have hosted wellness days for our team to provide tasters of different ways in which to practice self-care.
We make extensive use of the facilities in our local area for walking, tennis, park runs and football. Our team enjoy connecting and we spend invaluable time together during staff training days, off-site team building days, attending professional and personal development events, celebrating personal milestones and taking on team challenges such as climbing Ben Lomond and the upcoming Scottish Water Munro Challenge 2020, training starts now!!!
